Through the auspices of the Centre for Aviation Photography,i was able to visit Krumovo Air Base adjacent to Plovdiv Airport. This is the home of the 24 Air Base,which has two operational units.The Second Squadron operating the Eurocopter AS532UL Cougar and the few remaining Mil-17's,and the Third Squadron with its Bell206B-3 Jet Rangers
