This Air Station is one of the most important in the Navy as Carrier Air Wings deploy to work up there prior to embarkation on thier designated carrier. The station is home to the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Centre to which to Topgun is subordinate,and VFC-13.During our visit, elements of USS Ronald Reagan's Air Wing were in training.
